These terms govern your use of home.tradevix.in and the services Tradevix Investment provides through it. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using any part of the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide
Two kinds of thing. Research: trade calls and research notes on securities listed in India, prepared by Sandeep Rinwa and sent to subscribers. Education: articles, recorded courses and live classes about how markets work.
We are not your investment adviser. Research and recommendations are published by Sandeep Rinwa, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000027098, BSE Enlistment No. 7173). Registration granted by SEBI, enlistment of RA with the Exchange and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors. Research is published to every subscriber alike and is not a personal recommendation. We do not know your financial position, your goals or your risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is tailored to them.
Trading risk
Trading and investing carry the risk of losing money, including more than you put in when leverage or derivatives are involved. Past results — ours or anyone else's — do not predict future results. Any figure we publish about how earlier ideas performed is a record of what was published, not a promise about what comes next.
Every decision you take in the market is yours. You are responsible for your own research, your own position sizing and your own losses.
Your account
An account is for one person. Sharing your login, or recording, re-uploading or redistributing anything behind it, ends your membership without a refund. Paid content carries your member ID for that reason.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@tradevix.in if you think somebody else has access.
Payments and plans
Prices are shown on each service's page and at checkout, in Indian rupees, and include GST unless stated otherwise. Pay only through checkout on home.tradevix.in: fees go to Tradevix Investment's bank account, and we never ask for cash or for payment to a personal account. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card or UPI details. A plan grants access for the period stated at the time of purchase and does not renew automatically unless the checkout says so.

What we may change
We may change the service, the plans and their prices. A change in price does not affect a plan you have already paid for, for the period you have paid for. We may withdraw or edit published content, and we may end an account that breaks these terms.
Third parties
Links to brokers, platforms or other sites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do. Where we have a commercial relationship with a partner, we say so on the page that carries it.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Tradevix Investment is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sikar, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
