How you receive what you bought
- Trade Calls and News & Research open in your account at app.tradevix.in as soon as your payment is confirmed. New calls and notes appear there, with a notification if you have turned them on.
- Recorded courses play in your account from the moment the payment is confirmed, for as long as you keep the course.
- Live classes appear in your account with their dates and joining links. Links for each session are added before it starts.
When it opens
Access normally opens within minutes of payment. If it has not opened within one working day, write to support@tradevix.in with your invoice number and we will open it or refund you in full.

In any modern web browser at app.tradevix.in. Your account is for you alone; see the terms for how many devices it can be signed in on.
