This policy explains what Tradevix Investment collects when you use home.tradevix.in, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email address and mobile number, and a password we store only as a cryptographic hash.
When you pay: the invoice, amount, plan and payment reference our payment provider sends back. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials.
When you use the service: which lessons you have watched and how far, the calls you mark as taken or skipped, your quiz attempts, what you save and read, and the alert and risk preferences you set. These exist so your own screens can show your own record.
Technically, on every request: your IP address, browser user agent and the pages requested, in ordinary server logs.
If you write to us: whatever you put in the enquiry form or the email.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not buy lists or add people to them.
Why we hold it
To give you the service you signed up for, to take payment and issue a GST invoice, to send the alerts you have chosen, to answer your questions, to keep the service secure and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who else touches it
Only the providers that make the service work: our hosting provider, our email provider, our SMS provider for one-time passwords, and our payment provider. Each receives only what its job requires. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and usage records last as long as your account does. Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, which is longer. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
Security
Passwords are hashed, never stored in a readable form on the public site. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Stored service credentials are encrypted at rest. Backups are held under the same controls as the live data.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details on your profile screen, change what alerts reach you on the alerts screen, export your data as a file from your profile, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@tradevix.in. Deleting an account removes your personal record; invoices we are required to keep are retained.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in, and one to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
Children
The service is not intended for anybody under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date below.
