- Write to support@tradevix.in with your registered email or mobile and what happened. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve every complaint within 21 days.
- If you are not satisfied, or do not hear from us, you can complain to SEBI through SCORES at https://scores.sebi.gov.in, or by calling SEBI's toll-free helpline 1800 266 7575.
- After SCORES, you can take it to online dispute resolution at https://smartodr.in.
